Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Sellbii POS affiliate program is open to individuals and businesses in India aged 18 or above. Affiliates must provide accurate identification and payment details. Sellbii POS reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.

2. Commission Structure

Commission is calculated as a percentage of the net plan value (excluding 18% GST). Current rates:

• Recurring commission applies on annual renewals at the same rate
• Hardware combo and bundle commissions are set by Sellbii POS individually
• Commission rates may be adjusted with 30 days prior notice

3. Cookie & Attribution

• Referrals are tracked via a 90-day cookie from the date of the first click
• If a visitor purchases within 90 days of clicking your link, the sale is attributed to you
• Attribution model: Last-click (the last affiliate whose link was clicked gets credit)
• Self-referrals (buying through your own link) are automatically blocked

4. Commission Hold Period

Commissions are held for 30 days from the date of the referred customer's confirmed payment. This accounts for potential refunds. After 30 days, commissions are automatically approved and added to your payout balance.

5. Payouts

• Minimum payout threshold: ₹5,000
• Payouts via UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), or Razorpay Payouts
• Request payout from your affiliate dashboard once balance reaches ₹5,000
• Payouts are processed within 5–7 business days of request approval
• TDS at 5% is deducted on annual payouts exceeding ₹15,000 (Form 16A issued)
• PAN number is mandatory for payouts exceeding ₹15,000 in a financial year
• Payout requests are reviewed manually — Sellbii POS may ask for verification

6. Coupon Codes

Each approved affiliate receives a unique coupon code that customers can use at checkout. Coupon code settings (discount % and commission %) are set individually per affiliate by Sellbii POS. Commission earned via coupon is separate from referral link commission.

7. Prohibited Practices

The following activities result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all pending commissions:

• Self-referrals — referring yourself, your family, or your own business
• Cookie stuffing, forced redirects, or any artificial click manipulation
• Misleading advertising about Sellbii POS pricing, features, or offers
• Spam, unsolicited messaging, or bulk WhatsApp blasts
• Bidding on "Sellbii" brand keywords in paid search ads without written approval
• Creating fake reviews or testimonials about Sellbii POS
• Sharing your affiliate link on deal/coupon aggregator sites without approval

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Sellbii POS may suspend or terminate an affiliate account if:

• Any prohibited practice is detected
• Payment details are inaccurate or fraudulent
• No activity (clicks or conversions) for 12 consecutive months
• Affiliate requests account deletion

On termination, approved commissions above ₹5,000 will be paid out within 30 days. Pending commissions below ₹5,000 or in hold period are forfeited.

9. Program Changes

Sellbii POS reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout thresholds, cookie duration, or any other program terms. Changes will be communicated via email with 30 days notice where possible. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
