1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sellbii POS software and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Sellbii POS provides cloud-based billing and point-of-sale software for retail businesses, primarily garment and clothing shops in India. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate business information during signup
- One account per business entity unless multi-branch plan is purchased
- You must not share your account with unauthorized users
4. Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed annually in advance
- All prices are exclusive of 18% GST
- Payments are processed via Razorpay
- GST invoices are issued within 24 hours of payment
- Failed payments result in account suspension after 7 days
5. Data Ownership
You own all business data you input into Sellbii POS (product catalogue, sales data, customer records). We are the custodians of this data and will not use it for commercial purposes beyond operating the service.
6. Prohibited Uses
- Using the software for illegal billing activities
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy our software
- Sharing account access with competitors
- Generating fraudulent GST invoices
7. Limitation of Liability
Sellbii POS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from software downtime, data loss (beyond backed-up data), or misuse of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription amount paid in the last 3 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at the end of the billing period. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may export your data at any time before account closure.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
