Refund Policy

All purchases of Sellbii POS plans and hardware are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases of duplicate charges or technical issues preventing access to the product.

To request a refund, email support@sellbii.com with your order number within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
